She's a cyborg, turned by free will because she thought it would make her a better worker in her job as a police officer.

She's also an OC for Cyborg 009, though is interchangeable for any type of world.



The story that had originally came with the picture:

_{Had it been a different woman Pyunma, Albert, and Jet would have not been surprised, but here was Raven, the exact woman who tried to completely obliterate them mere weeks ago. Now she was just sitting back on a bench enjoying the sunny weather of her home city in nothing but summer clothes. At a double take they noticed she didn't even have a holster on only a ribbon around her toned arm reading "PD" surely to represent that she was part of the Pretoria Police Department.
"Well someone's looking not so deadly today." Jet made the first motions at talking causing the woman to turn at the sound of his sarcastic voice. Several besides the woman turned to look at him his accent out of place among the South Africans, but of course what got their attention was his large nose.
Raven just stared at him for a moment before a childish like smirk appeared on her small lips. For a moment it seemed it would contort itself into a sneer, which put Albert and Pyunma on edge; however, there only emerged a bemused expression. After all it was the first time she saw them dressed as mere civilians than in their matching suits.
A laugh perpetuated itself out of her mouth as she lifted her hat a bit to take a better look at the three.
"Well howdy do to you Gonzo?" She failed at a southern accent, but scored with her comparison of Jet as the furry blue muppet.}


The dialogue and wording might not be the same, since in Timeless-Corruption she isn't exactly your best friend, but meh... I guess she could be saying hi to Viktor or Vladimir, since those two seem to be her only 'friends'.
