She would like to become a well-known activist for TIAMAT someday but only when she is sure she can let go of her fame.

Her family to be close-knit and not manipulative of one another. She has just about given up on this; however, and has tried to remain detached from them.

Being fired and losing her fame. On the other hand, being infamous would be just as good as famous to her.

On holograms and any form of other pictorial broadcasts, Nera comes off as a charismatic and sensual cyborg that possesses a quick wit and a friendly demeanor. This isn’t too far off from who she really is behind the cameras. Although not as fond of being the center of attention, Nera is accustomed to it and is able to adapt to most social situations. She prefers to do what she wants and has a snide remark or two for anyone who tries to stop her or insult her for it. Enjoying companionship, Nera tries to remain approachable as she’s not someone to enjoy complete privacy and often becomes lonely. Her eccentric mood changes at times, which are often fueled by what type of situation she's in, can be concerning to some; however, she claims that it's all rooted in acting.
Despite possessing more strength than someone her size, thanks to augmentations, Nera does not tend to pick fights. That does not mean; however, that she will not try to belittle, pick on, or tease someone should she feels annoyed or bothered by them.

Nera is part of a family that is incredibly immersed in the entertainment industry of Ultimasyl. At an early age, Nera was taught how to act in all sorts of social situations, such as, what to say, what to not say, who to befriend, and who was below her. Having a few choice friends, Nera was often lonely but eventually during the times where human companionship was lacking, she would begin to look for companionship from her Android and Cyborg caretakers that her father would buy to protect the family.

At the age of 12, she came out into the public eye at a high class debutante ball and it wasn’t soon after that she became one of the young faces to model all sorts of garments, jewelry, and other in-fashion styles for girls her age. As she grew older, she began marketing to young women and men.

There are very few people outside of the family’s close knit group who know about the Starlet’s hardships. Finding most humans untrusting, especially in a world where it seemed everyone was self-serving, Nera shared most of her secrets with her caretakers. Unfortunately, her main confidant was assassinated a few years ago for reasons she does not know.

It wasn’t soon after that Nera encountered a heart defect, and even though it was treatable with anti-biotics, Nera decided to go the route of heart replacement and opted for a mechanical heart. There were later augmentations to follow and she has no regrets about her decisions.

As a member of TIAMAT and a famous face in Ultimasyl, Nera frequents the Technomancer; but is not seen as frequently in the TIAMAT headquarters. Her exchange of information is quick and sometimes coded. In cases where she can relax, she could talk for a very long time. This is for the sake of keeping her membership within the group secret and thus herself alive and protected. As a member of the upper class, Nera is able to gain access to some of the most private of gatherings and makes it a point to keep herself updated on what is going on within the city. Her opinion of the Machine has been formed over conversations with other Androids and Cyborgs and the injustices that has happened to them and humans as well. In the public eye, Nera takes the role of ambivalence and when need be, and to her discomfort, a Machine supporter but those who truly know her realize that she may mean completely opposite of what she is saying.
